Manteca Resident William Faulkner requested the city to extend a two week grace period after learnign of the possibility of a $12,958 bill to clear trash and debris from his property.

“There are a lot of things that need to be done to that property,” says Fire Chief George Quaresma referring weeds and grass needed to be cut due to fire safety reasons.
